Luke leads Strellum’s work advising U.S. federal agencies across economic strategy and defense-focused market initiatives.

A former Marine Corps intelligence officer, his background includes experience in defense innovation, foreign investment review, and federal advisory work through roles at AFWERX, Systems Planning & Analysis, Bloomberg Industry Group, and Meta. Previously, Luke served as Chief Strategy Officer at AFWERX, where he led strategy, portfolio management, and private capital engagement efforts supporting defense technology transition initiatives.
