His background includes experience in financial regulation, public policy, and government affairs through roles in the U.S. Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, and Patomak Global Partners, where he advised clients on regulatory and strategic matters. His work has included legislative analysis, stakeholder engagement, and financial policy research across both public and private-sector environments.

Chris received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A., cum laude, from Johns Hopkins University.
